Moonlight: The Complete Series on DVD on January 20

Get ready to sink your teeth into this smart, sleek, private eye/vampire series when Warner Home Video releases Moonlight: The Complete Series on DVD on January 20, 2009. Winner of the 2008 People’s Choice Award for Favorite New TV Drama, Moonlight: The Complete Series stars Alex O’Loughlin, Sophia Myles, Shannyn Sossamon and Jason Dohring, with Joel Silver (The Matrix, “Veronica Mars”) and Ron Koslow (“Birds of Prey”) serving as executive producers. Featuring all 16 episodes in a four-disc collector’s set, Moonlight: The Complete Series ain't cheap at $39.98.

Any private eye knows a lot about other people’s secrets. L.A. private eye Mick St. John (Alex O’Loughlin) has a secret of his own. He’s a vampire, dwelling in a covert netherworld complicated by friendship with an undead finance honcho (Jason Dohring), memories of the alluring ex-wife (Shannyn Sossamon) who turned him into a vampire, and a relationship with a human (Sophia Myles) he feels drawn to protect – and maybe to love. But no matter how tempting, Mick knows a vampire-human romance is eternally dangerous. Moonlight originally aired on CBS from September 28, 2007 to May 16, 2008 and averaged 7.8 million viewers per episode; it was #1 in its time slot during most of its run.

'Poison Ivy 4' - it's a real movie!

This awesome little gem of a bad TV movie originally aired on Lifetime Movie Network and will be released by Warner Home Video.

Small-town girl Danielle "Daisy" Ladd transfers to an elite private college and finds herself embroiled in a secret society of seductress co-eds who manipulate men to their advantage. Daisy tries to extract herself from this unsavory group, but learns that this clique is easier to join than to leave, and she finds herself in a dangerous battle that has not only her reputation but her life at stake. The evil chick's name is "Azalea" in keeping with the Poison Ivy tradition of bad names: Ivy, Lily, Violet - and now Azalea. It's beginning to sound more like a V.C. Andrews Novel! Definitely a must-buy!

"Catherine's really a cuckoo bird. She's got an energy like no other person I've ever met before. She's very, very present. She doesn't leave you alone. You don't ever feel like you have to go through this by yourself. If anything, she does not lack enthusiasm. This is her life. She works 24-7. This was her life for like a year. So I've built quite a nice relationship with her. It was really good. It was very collaborative. We all had a lot of control. We didn't feel like we were being told what to do. We were all in it together."

Starring Alyssa Milano (as Pheobe), Holly Marie Combs (as Piper), and Shannon Doherty (as Prue), Charmed was a supernatural one-hour drama from Spelling Television that chronicled the conflicts and the love among three vastly different sisters and their need to come together to fulfill an ancient witchcraft prophecy. During the fourth of seven seasons, Rose McGowan joined the cast as long lost half-sister Paige and Shannon Doherty left the show. Though bound together by blood and destiny, these twentysomething women could not have been more dissimilar. Yet the discovery that the three sisters were powerful good witches, foretold as the Charmed Ones, created a bond that reached far beyond petty sisterly grudges, and they banded together to keep their otherworldly witchcraft a secret and vanquish all comers. Also, there was romance, drama, and lots of hot guys!

Charmed is now available in entirety on DVD with lots of special features and tons of cool stuff. The show ran from 1998 to 2006 and was created by Constance M. Burge (who wrote 152 of the episodes).

Watch Mary Lambert's 'The Dark Path Chronicles'

Mary Lambert, who is also famous for directing the infamous Madonna Like a Prayer video, says "The Dark Path is a first of its kind sort of project, a hybrid way of telling a story that uses music as the underpinning for the narrative, as I’ve always tried to do in my videos." She continues to describe the idea of the 'Dark Path' - "Sometimes the Dark Path is just that, dark and formless, but everything in the physical world has its counterpart in the astral realm, so sometimes The Path is chaotic and confusing like a hurricane. A lot of mental debris exists in the astral and this debris can take on fantastic forms." Also check out the behind the scenes & interviews. Watch It!
