"'Lynda, if this is a joke, I'll kill you!'-Laurie Strode, Halloween"
The Road
It's actually based on a book that is pretty popular:

I need to reads it.
I hope they pulled it off - good post apocalyptic films are good times!
Read a review in the Philadelphia Inquirer that said it was very well-made and performed but that it was just "okay". The reviewer was disappointed that it didn't live up to the "feel" of the book, which is what you always hear, I guess. The source material and its adaptation need to be two very different things most of the time.
It looks pretty good to me better than 2012, and I love me some post-apoclyptic movies even if they don't have zombies haha. Vigo always does a great job and I love all those actors so I definately if I have a chance go see it.
I'll tell you one thing I'm more of a practical effects than cgi not that I have anything against cgi, but man like people who don't understand it make it a big spectacle and use it and abuse it. Take for instance Van Helsing those monsters look like shit and the scenery was god awful.

I don't know - I predict an unfullfilling conclusion
