um, Hi!
Last weekend I got proper broadband fitted and am now filled with euphoria. I have done bugger-all in relation to posting, writing, promoting and anything work related to be honest for a long time.
I miss this place like fire and I am so glad to be peeking my head round and having a little lookie-loo.
I've been a member here for over 3 years and over the last year I have been as much use as a chocolate tea-pot. I guess I need to make the effort even if it is just once in a while to see what the horror girlies are up to.
That's not to say I have completely lost touch, an occasional gal pal crosses my radar in other places but this is where I can always be sure of catching up with everyone.

I am so looking forward to getting caught up!
It seems like this last year has passed in a blur...we have moved and decorated, I changed job at the hospital, I started night school, we bought a pink tree, we gained a kitten and we are putting ourselves up to be able to adopt a child.
Scary times indeed mwahahhahahhahhah *cough*
But, I hadn't really realised just how fast time was going, blink and you coulda missed it fer sure.
It didn't help with all the publisher crappage and the absolutely epic court room battle that still rages on between a few good men, (he he he sorry), and Diggory press, aka Meadow Press, aka Kingdom Come Publishing etc etc etc
But God Damn I am a happy being indeed mostly.
How have you guys been? Come sit on my knee and have a glass of lemonade...
