"'There's a monster in your chest. These guys hijacked your ship, and they sold your cryotube to this... human, and he put an alien inside of you. It's a really nasty one. And in a few hours, it's gonna burst its way through your rib cage, and you're gonna die. Any questions?'- Ellen Ripley, Alien Resurrection"
Emily Hagin's 'Pathogen' and Claire Ryan's 'Tales From The Script' at Horror Society Film Festival
Claire Ryan's Tales From The Script and Emily Hagin's Pathogen are in the lineup of zombie films screening at the Horror Society Zombie Outbreak Film Festival on November 14th, 2009 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Tales From The Script is an anthology film of three horror shorts, all delving into the dark realm of Indie Horror production. Director Claire Ryan will be on hand to give a preview of her film.
Pathogen is about a fourteen-year-old student, Dannie, who feels that the cause of a zombie outbreak is linked to her recurring dreams. When the infection reaches an epidemic level, it becomes clear that it not only kills, but restores the body to a minimally functioning state where the infected become the "living-dead"...
