The film's synopsis casts some echoes of the 'rage virus' of 28 Days Later; however, this time the disease flows in the water. The tale follows a group of teenage friends and allies in their collaborative effort to find an answer to the infection that courses the veins of the city. Those taken with the bacteria are not only doomed to die, but also doomed to return in an infected animated state to slay and munch on the living.
